POOL CONSTRUCTION

• Custom Pool Design

• Excavation and forming of the pool/spa shell

• Steel reinforcement and pre-plumbing per the engineering plans

  • Main drain(s), skimmer, returns, and lighting niches

• Application of Gunite through-out the proposed Pool/Spa design

• Shell backfilled upon inspection and completion of gunite

• Standard Pool Equipment package (Pump, Filter, Salt Cell, LED Color Lights)

COPING & TILE

• Installation of coping & tile around pool/spa perimeter

  • 6” waterline tile

    • Coping Material: Standard Marble or Travertine Coping

    • Tile Material: Standard Glass Tile
